Thus, after Lithuania and Latvia, Estonia became the third Baltic parliament to declare Russia a terrorist state.

While 88 out of 101 deputies supported the draft resolution submitted to the vote in the parliament, 10 deputies did not participate in the voting and 3 deputies abstained.
